Mayfield Junior School is based on the philosophy of educating the whole child; creating in students a passion for learning, desire for excellence, development of spirituality and ethics and ability to apply all of these to the world around them. It is through this philosophy that binds all people associated with the school – students, parents, faculty, administration, staff, alumni, former parents, grandparents and friends, - into what we call the Mayfield community. The success of our school enjoyed today is the result of the support of the entire Mayfield community who have dedicated their time and contributed so generously over the years. We are grateful for this commitment and hope that this generosity of past generations continues to inspire those in the Mayfield community to perpetuate this legacy and in turn, provide for its future.
