After School Care
Extended Programs at Mayfield features two dynamic components: Extended Care and Enrichment Classes. Together, they provide a wide variety of engaging activities and learning opportunities for students throughout the school year.
During Extended Care, students have the chance to have a snack, work on homework, socialize with friends, and dive into a fun daily activity—whether it’s cooking, playing a sports game, or conducting an exciting science experiment.

Monday-Friday | Dismissal - 6:00 p.m.
The daily schedule is made up of playtime, homework, a healthy snack, and a daily activity that ranges from a snack activity to arts and crafts to outside fun. We have a wonderful group of caring and engaged counselors who are committed to providing a safe, fun and welcoming environment for all students.
Enrichment Classes
After School Enrichment courses are an opportunity to explore new interests and uncover hidden passions- such as fencing, chess, the arts and so much more! These classes are offered for Fall and Spring sessions.
Registration and Billing Information
Every Mayfield Junior School student is automatically registered into our Extended Care program; we do not require additional registration forms. Procare Solutions is our Extended Program Billing system and billing is sent out on a monthly basis.
Staffing
Extended Care is a true extension of the regular school day at Mayfield Junior School. Mayfield staff provides a supportive and exciting environment for learning and fun!
