Forward Together

Mayfield Junior School is actively planning and eager to begin school on campus in the fall. Connected by the belief in our Mission, we will continue to grow as a united, joyful community.

Our decisions today, and moving forward, will be guided by:

  • The health and safety of our students, faculty, staff, and parents
  • Guidelines and frameworks provided by local, county, state, and federal authorities
  • Trust and reverence for the dignity of every person

This webpage will serve our school community as a central location for back-to-school planning information. Updates will be posted as they occur.

Back-To-School!

We are ever moving forward towards providing our dynamic, Holy Child education. Upholding Cornelia Connelly’s pioneering vision, we are committed to educating the whole child.

Forward on Campus

Mayfield's primary goal is to reopen campus for the new school year, and we are excited for our students to return with physical distancing in place. This model allows for the resumption of our beloved daily campus activities following health and safety guidelines from local and state agencies.

Forward Hybrid

This model features both on campus and remote learning. Students will attend campus in small cohorts on staggered days to maintain health and safety guidelines.

Forward Remotely

If needed, this model features remote learning with both live and asynchronous course delivery.

Our Physical Campus | A Shared Responsibility

In charting our path forward, Mayfield is committed to providing our students, faculty, staff, and parents an environment to continue to thrive. We have invested in resources and will follow comprehensive guidelines that will keep our community members safe. Any adjustments to campus protocols will be communicated in a timely manner.

Admissions

Thank you for your interest in Mayfield Junior School. Our admissions team is happy to connect with interested families for both the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 academic years.

It is Mayfield’s goal to simplify the application process for families interested in enrolling to the school. We are streamlining the application/admissions process with modifications, including no longer requiring outside testing (KSP for Kindergarten and ISEE for grades 5-8).

If you are interested in applying to Mayfield we invite you to complete an inquiry linked below. Inquiries for the 2020-2021 academic year will be contacted by a Mayfield Admissions officer shortly after the inquiry is received.

For families interested in the academic year 2021-2022, thank you for submitting an inquiry. We are currently in the planning phase for the admissions season and will send information directly to you in August.
