Friendly Neighborhood Helpers- the Musical!

The first grade class kicked off Arts month at MJS with their spring musical, Friendly Neighborhood Helpers. The play was a creative and fun presentation highlighting the many people from grocers to fire fighters who make up a community. All year the class has been learning about being good neighbors as part of their integrated service-learning curriculum. In addition, to show appreciation for those near and dear right here at MJS the first grade teamed up with their favorite librarians for a little rap session...check it out!
