• Registration and Summer Tuition

  If your family previously attended the Mayfield Junior School Summer Program, you have an existing account. Please use your login (your email) and password from last year (both can be reset upon request). Enrollment during registration is on a first-come first-served basis. Classes close when they reach maximum enrollment, so you are encouraged to enroll early.
  
  

  • When selecting courses for your child, please ensure that they are enrolled in consecutive classes when registering for more than one period. For instance, if your student is enrolled in Periods 1 and 3, a Period 2 class is required as well. We do not offer childcare between courses.
  • Enrollment in summer courses is based on the grade students will be entering in Fall 2024.
  • A $250.00 Deposit is due and payable at the time of registration to enroll in the summer program. The remaining balance due on your account will be processed via a credit card on file on Friday, May 24, 2024. Any additional changes made to your student’s account will be charged in full at the time of the transaction if processed after May 24, 2024.
  • A $40.00 Registration Fee per student is applicable.
  • Once a student is registered online for the 2024 Summer program, only the summer program staff may make changes to your child’s summer schedule. Feel free to call our office or write to us via email should you need to request a course change. We will make the change for you based on availability. 
  • Please note, there will be a $35.00 schedule change fee applied each time you make a change to your student’s schedule if made after June 4, 2024. In addition, if there is a difference in tuition to change the course, you will be responsible for any additional tuition fees assessed.
  • The Summer at Mayfield Junior School program will be closed on July 4, 2024, and July 5, 2024, in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

  Adding Course AFTER your Register
  You are welcome to register initially and call or email us when you are ready to add courses to your student’s schedule. Our summer staff will take care of the rest for you if filling out your student’s schedule is an option.

• Lunch

  There is a supervised lunch period, each day from 12:35 – 1:10 p.m. for students in Grades 1-5. Kindergartners enrolled in the Afternoon Cruise course in Periods 5 & 6 will eat lunch at 12:20 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. daily. Students may remain for lunch on campus if they have an afternoon course scheduled in 5th Period. 

  • Students may bring a lunch from home.
  • A Hot Lunch Program, provided through Westridge School for Girls Catering Service, is also available on campus every day. Lunch is $180.00 per 4-week session and can be purchased through the summer registration portal.

• Absences

  Written notifications of any planned absences are appreciated. In the event of an unplanned absence, please call 626-229-2134 or email (summer@mayfieldjs.org) the Summer Program office as soon as possible.

• Lost and Found

  Read more
  Should any found items be turned in, the lost and found area will be located in the Summer Program Office. Summer Program 2024 is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. All personal items and removable clothing should be labeled with the student’s name on each item.
