Strengthening our Foundation and Building a Vibrant Future

The Mayfield Junior School of the Holy Child Jesus Strategic Plan will guide us as we strengthen our foundation and build a vibrant future for our community. This plan is a commitment to our legacy, which was established by Venerable Cornelia Connelly and the Society of the Holy Child Jesus.

Guided by our Mission and the Goals of the Holy Child Network of Schools, this strategic plan focuses on four key elements, which represent our collective vision and a shared commitment to our students, faculty, staff, and families.

The plan ensures that our school will remain a place where students are challenged to become their best selves, guided by the enduring values of faith, service, intellectual curiosity, and excellence. We are preserving the "strong roots" of our past to build a "vibrant future" for generations to come as we embrace Cornelia’s call to “meet the wants of the age.”
"As we approach our 100th anniversary on Euclid Avenue, we look ahead with hope, confidence, and renewed purpose. Our Strategic Plan — Strong Roots, A Vibrant Future — charts a thoughtful path forward."
