Class of 2017 High School Acceptances
A Mayfield Junior School education comes full circle when the time comes to send our eighth graders off to high school and out into the world. We are proud to announce our eighth graders have been accepted to an impressive list of secondary schools in the greater Los Angeles area and beyond including: Loyola High School, Mayfield Senior School, Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy, Polytechnic School, St. Francis High School, Flintridge Preparatory School, La Salle High School, Westridge School, Providence High School, Marlborough School, Maranatha High School, Sequoyah High School, Thacher School, Cathedral High School, Eagle Rock Highly Gifted Magnet School, Brooks School, Salisbury School and St. George’s School.
In keeping with our mission, the ultimate goal of the secondary school process is to ensure the placement of each student in a school environment best suited to his or her academic strengths, personal interests and individual needs. It is a big step to leave the familiar hallways and courtyards of Mayfield, but well prepared and confident our students thrive in the right school.
