• Step 1: Inquiry

  Before completing an online application, you must complete an Inquiry for (each) child you will be applying. Mayfield needs to process the inquiry before you can access the online application. You do not need to sign up for an open house/tour (although you are welcome to attend one). The Inquiry form is below.

• Step 2: Apply

  Please use the labeled Kindergarten MJS Sibling Application 2025-2026 (it is written specifically for sibling kindergarten applicants).
  
  

  The deadline for sibling applications is November 1, 2024. This date is for MJS kindergarten siblings only. As in previous years, we anticipate a large number of applications for kindergarten and encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. Sibling applicants do not pay an application fee. When asked for fee waiver input: 405

• Step 3: Supporting Documents and Playdates

  Please refer to the checklist on your child’s profile for required supporting documents and due dates. 
  
  Mayfield is no longer asking kindergarten applicants to do the KSP done at Integrated Learning Solutions. 
  
  At this time, we anticipate playdates for siblings will take place before Christmas break. We will contact you to schedule the playdate and communicate with you about what the format will be after the Kindergarten Sibling Application deadline, November 1, 2024.
